Day Twenty of Thirty (nonconsecutive) Days of Writing the meh edition

Where there is no antagonist, you cannot quarrel. – Japanese proverb

Energy is rather low today. I’m sure it will show in the answer to today’s talking point for the thirty days meme.

Part of it is sinus related. When the barametric pressure changes (i.e. it rains), my sinuses give me trouble. Which means I take something for sinus headaches and, no matter the brand, it makes me sleepy.

Still, have too much to do to drop off for a nap right now. So, it’s fighting through the molasses-brain feeling for me!

Day Twenty.

20. What are your favorite character interactions to write?

Sometimes, I wonder if I’m not missing the point of some of these questions.

I mean, favorite character interactions? Is that like asking if I enjoy writing sex as opposed to action? The quiet times as opposed to the action times or the sexy times? Dialogue? Verbal fights? Physical fights? Psychological torture? Physical torture? Emotional torture?

I like writing the characters. I like writing them doing interesting things, which I would hope is also providing some growth in the character, or plot advancement or something. If I didn’t like writing them and exploring all faucets of their characterization, I wouldn’t be writing them at all.

So I’m not sure if I’m even addressing what the question means to be asking.
